Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 3 years of experience in Procurement, Cost‑Out Management, Value Engineering, or technical project management, or 7 years of experience in Procurement, Cost‑Out Management, Value Engineering, or technical project management.
• Several years of experience in Procurement, Cost‑Out Management, Value Engineering, or technical project management.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and monitor cost-out projects.
• Develop project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and savings targets.
• Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Production).
• Provide on-time execution, reporting, and risk management.
• Identify new global procurement markets with savings potential.
• Conduct market analyses, benchmarks, and cost calculations.
• Apply Best-Cost-Country sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate suppliers on price, quality, delivery, and sustainability.
• Analyze specifications, costs, and manufacturing technologies.
• Prepare Should-Cost analyses and TCO models.
• Collaborate with Engineering for design-to-cost opportunities.
• Improve procurement processes for efficiency and cost transparency.
• Define and implement cost-out standards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with global procurement, technical teams, and international plants.
• Manage global cost-out programs across regions.
• Share best practices and scale initiatives to additional sites.
