Job summary

Antylia Scientific, a global manufacturer of trusted scientific brands, seeks a Senior Manager, Global Cost & Operations Accounting. The role leads standard costing, inventory valuation, and the Cap & Roll process across a diverse manufacturing network, ensuring GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

You will partner with supply chain, site leadership, corporate accounting, and FP&A to drive cost accuracy, reporting standards, and disciplined working capital management in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of cost and operations accounting in manufacturing.
• Experience leading standardization or integration across sites.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and international standards.
• Cap & Roll process experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop global standard costing policies and methodologies.
• Own Cap Roll process across sites and ERP systems.
• Standardize inventory reporting, valuations, and controls.
• Strengthen internal controls over inventory and BOM governance.
• Partner with IT and finance to improve ERP cost modules.
• Support CapEx budgeting and project capitalization.
• Assist audit readiness and documentation.
