Job summary

Antylia Scientific is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Cost & Operations Accounting to lead standard costing, inventory valuation, and cap-and-roll governance across a global manufacturing network. You will drive GAAP-compliant cost reporting and develop standardized inventory processes in partnership with supply chain and FP&A.

The role requires deep expertise in standard costing, inventory accounting, and ERP systems, with a systems mindset to align international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and relevant certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive cost and operations accounting in manufacturing.
• Experience standardizing costing, inventory, and variance processes.
• Leading cross-site ERP and cost-data harmonization to GAAP compliance.
• Strong communication and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global standard costing policies across sites.
• Own Cap & Roll process and cross-site cost capitalization governance.
• Standardize variance analysis frameworks and reporting globally.
• Harmonize cost accounting practices across ERP systems.
• Own inventory valuation, reserves, and cycle-count controls.
• Support audit readiness and documentation standards worldwide.
• Collaborate with IT to improve ERP cost modules and reporting.
