Job summary

Antylia Scientific is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Cost & Operations Accounting to lead standard costing, inventory valuation, and cap/roll across a global manufacturing network. Hybrid work in Vernon Hills, IL with a focus on cost accuracy and audit readiness.

You will partner with IT, FP&A, and operations to align cost policies with US GAAP and international standards, driving disciplined working capital management and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Experience leading standardization or process harmonization across sites.
• Deep knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and Power BI data skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global standard costing policies across manufacturing sites.
• Own Cap & Roll process, including timing, methodology and cross-site coordination.
• Standardize variance analysis frameworks and reporting globally.
• Harmonize cost accounting practices across ERP systems and sites.
• Improve inventory reporting, turns, DIOH, and aging by SKU and site.
