Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience.
• 3+ years leading global sourcing initiatives and category strategies in IT/Finance.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of global IT and Finance category strategies.
• Develop annual sourcing roadmaps and project pipelines.
• Lead RFx events, supplier negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Define requirements, develop SOWs, and prepare negotiation strategies.
• Manage IT categories: software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, cybersecurity.
• Manage Finance categories: audit, tax, banking, insurance, financial systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and regional teams.
• Track savings, value realization, and supplier performance.
