The role focuses on leading complex transactions, including M&A, private equity, and cross-border matters, with a broad practice across restructurings, capital markets, and lending.

The ideal candidate will bring a J.D., Florida Bar admission, a proven track record of origination, and a portable book of business.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
• Extensive experience handling sophisticated corporate transactions in a law firm setting.
• Demonstrated track record of client development and origination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and cross-border transactions.
• Advise clients on a broad array of corporate matters including restructurings, capital markets, venture capital investments, and syndicated lending.
• Provide practical legal counsel on clients' day-to-day business operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across industries such as healthcare, technology, life sciences, banking, telecommunications, and energy.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Orlando office and the broader Corporate Practice.
