The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a Corporate Partner – M&A / Private Equity / General Counsel Advisory for its Cleveland office. This role is part of a strategic expansion and is ideal for an experienced partner with a portable book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Portable book of business in the low to mid six-figure range or higher.
• Demonstrated client service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate transactions including M&A and joint ventures.
• Serve as outside general counsel to businesses.
• Lead deal teams and manage client relationships.
