Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, value propositions, buyer personas, and market messaging.
• Lead competitive analysis and translate findings into strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and rebrands.
• Collaborate with MGAs, Launchpad businesses, and corporate functions on marketing plans.
• Serve as primary marketing contact for smaller/newly launched businesses.
• Manage corporate events and provide marketing support for MGAs.
• Provide regular updates on marketing activity for executive review.
• Convert concepts into strategic initiatives and drive execution.
• Oversee programs with agencies and external partners.
• Own corporate marketing programs, sponsorships, memberships, conferences, and executive visibility.
• Establish marketing processes, governance, planning, and performance measurement.
