AIT Worldwide Logistics, INC. seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to provide key legal support across contracts, real estate, labor and employment, corporate governance, and litigation support on a domestic and international scale.

The role requires a JD with bar admission, plus at least 1 year of relevant experience in transportation, trade, or corporate law. AIT offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities in a global team.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Contract management: review and negotiate NDAs; review and negotiate vendor contracts; support customer onboarding.
Real estate: coordinate with outside counsel to review and negotiate facility leases; interpret leases and resolve related issues.
Labor and employment: support HR with legal inquiries; draft and maintain employment agreements and policies; interpret non-compete and non-solicitation covenants.
Corporate governance / litigation: assist with information requests; support ongoing litigation and discovery; draft demand letters and assist with unpaid invoices collection.
