Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• 8–12 years in accounting roles with close processes and internal controls.
• ERP proficiency, SAP preferred, with experience in member accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close of US entities, consolidation of foreign entities, and reconciliation discipline.
• Coordinate internal/external audits; strengthen control environment and documentation.
• Oversee grower/member payment processes, deferred payments, and equity allocations.
• Ensure timely year-end statements to members; maintain audit trails and data quality.
• Align GAAP with management reporting and lead Senior Staff Accountants.
• Collaborate with IT/Operations to improve data quality, automation, and cycle time.
• Approve remediation plans; manage master data changes impacting grower accounts.
