Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking an accomplished finance leader to manage global monthly consolidations and consolidated financial statements. The role collaborates with FP&A for board and lender reporting, supports the annual budget cycle, and serves as the primary liaison with external auditors.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience, CPA preferred, and proficiency in Workday and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.
• Experience with financial management software and Excel; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare global monthly consolidations and the monthly consolidated financials.
• Collaborate with FP&A to prepare board and lender reporting packages.
• Support the annual budget process by consolidating inputs and producing schedules.
• Primary liaison for external audits and accounting-related M&A matters.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and policies; ensure compliance.
