Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent designation required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with leadership.
• Deep expertise in technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in a complex multi-entity or multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Accounting Function, guiding managers and staff.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation accuracy and timeliness.
• Own internal and external financial reporting in IFRS or US GAAP.
• Maintain robust internal controls, including SOX where applicable.
• Oversee external audits and relationships with auditors.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and business leaders to align reporting with strategy.
• Develop departmental plans, allocate resources, and drive process improvements.
• Improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of accounting processes and systems.
