Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in New York is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Associate to support coverage bankers across the full range of products for large global clients. You will prepare financial analyses, build robust Excel models, and contribute to client presentations to ensure seamless delivery.

The role requires Korean language proficiency, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Native or professional fluency in Korean with experience in financial services.
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Ability to build integrated Excel financial models and understand capital structures.
Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and team collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects and learn quickly in corporate banking.

Responsibilities

Perform financial analyses including merger/acquisition and capital structure analysis.
Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel for client materials and memos.
Review credit agreements and indentures to analyze covenants and restrictions.
Lead internal processes and assist with execution of financial transactions.
Prepare client presentations and identify cross-sell opportunities with product teams.
