Pavion is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our shared services team. You will manage the monthly close and provide robust financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience across at least two disciplines.
• Experience closing the books for multiple entities/sites/business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and reporting with a goal of a 4-day close.
• Own GL, fixed assets, payroll, intercompany, AP/AR across multiple entities.
• Investigate variances and perform monthly fluctuation analysis.
• Coordinate with AP/AR/Payroll/Treasury/FP&A and site finance leads to resolve issues at the source.
• Prepare business process documentation for core activities.
• Onboard acquired entities into the shared services model with COA mapping and balance validation.
