Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Cleveland, OH is seeking a finance professional to support the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Controllership team. The role focuses on ensuring accurate consolidated financial statements per US GAAP, driving standard global financial systems, and coordinating close responsibilities across Enterprise, SBS, and Group finance teams.

The position is onsite at the Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, with 10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with a focus in Finance or Accounting.
3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
Experience with OneStream
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Responsibilities

Ownership of various key controls to ensure the accuracy of financial results and reporting
GSC Group and Consolidation Close: Monthly Procedures, variance analysis, balance sheet preparation and ad hoc analysis
Quarterly & Annual Procedures: Balance Sheet review and regional analytics
Balance Sheet Reconciliations and status reporting
Maintenance of OneStream RCM account reconciliation tool and clean-up of reconciling items
Other tasks and strategic special projects as assigned.
