Qualifications

• Experience leading SEC reporting and external financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEC Reporting team’s preparation of the Company’s 10-Q and 10-K filings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish timelines and oversee preparation of financial statements and footnotes.
• Coordinate with legal on the Proxy and disclosures and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and balance sheet reviews.
• Lead implementation of new accounting standards and related mezzanisms in Workiva.
