Qualifications

• A seasoned, hands-on accounting leader is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, global legal entity structures.
• Experience operating within a division reporting to a European-based parent company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own global accounting operations including monthly and annual closes.
• Lead a global accounting team of ~30 members.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage all external and internal audits across jurisdictions.
• Drive integration planning and purchase accounting for M&A.

Skills

15+ years of progressive accounting experience

Experience as a VP, Corporate Controller, or Global Controller

Strong background in software or technology companies

Experience with M&A and post-acquisition accounting

Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

Big 4 public accounting background

ERP transformation experience
