Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced degree preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with consolidations and international operations.
• Public accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, financial reporting, and consolidation activities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Prepare executive and board-level financial reporting packages.
• Manage inventory accounting, costing, and related financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate annual audits and support technical accounting matters.
• Oversee cash flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, and financial performance analysis.
• Maintain effective internal controls and financial governance processes.
• Partner with operations, HR, procurement, and other functional leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting personnel.
