Job summary

Search Solution Group seeks a Global Controller to lead financial operations across regions, owning North America controllership and consolidation. You will oversee ~9 direct reports and drive close, consolidation, and reporting while strengthening controls and scalability for an eventual exit.

You will manage the balance sheet, cash flow, audits, and technical accounting, and steer ERP stabilization and global cost accounting.

Qualifications

• CPA certification and Big Four experience.
• 10–12+ years of progressive accounting and controllership.
• Expertise in close, consolidation, audits, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Deep ERP knowledge, ideally Infor SyteLine.
• Strong leadership across a global finance organization.
• Experience in PE-backed, exit-oriented environments.

Overview

As the Global Controller, you will oversee financial operations across regions, taking ownership of the North America controllership and consolidation, working closely with executive leadership including the CEO and regional controllers. With approximately 9 direct reports, you'll lead efforts to strengthen financial processes, ensure compliance, and support an evolving infrastructure in preparation for a potential exit.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Deep technical accounting knowledge and experience with ERP systems, ideally Infor SyteLine.
• Strong leadership skills managing sizable teams and influencing a global organization.
• Prior experience in a PE-backed, fast-paced, exit-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with ERP implementation, stabilization, and process optimization.
• Background in transformation, automation, and finance process improvement.
• Industry experience in consumer goods or related sectors.
