Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering with 7 years in control system design.
• Experience paralleling generator sets via electronic controls.
• Knowledge of SEP2, DNP3, or SunSpec Modbus communications protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for business.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and support of complex control platforms for diesel/gas gensets and energy storage solutions.
• Coordinate development of control architectures meeting client objectives across global projects.
• Act as SME for specification, testing scripts, and validation of designs; support sales and R&D teams.
• Follow ERP and HSE procedures; promote Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
