Job summary

You will coordinate with cross‑functional partners to shape compliant, winning deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in international contract proposal development and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of ITAR/FCPA compliance and controls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce international contracting compliance across the business.
• Lead and develop Global SBU team for functional excellence.
• Shape stakeholder opinions and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify contracting issues in negotiations and exercise sound judgment.
• Develop best-practice tools, processes, and guidance for international contracts.
• Travel as needed to support SBU needs and global locations.
