Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement continuous improvement plans aligned with business objectives focusing on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Lead cross-functional teams through structured improvement projects using Kaizen, DMAIC, and value stream mapping.
• Train and support employees at all levels in continuous improvement methodologies, fostering engagement and ownership of process enhancements.
• Establish KPIs, track progress of improvement initiatives, and present findings to senior leadership.
• Promote standard work practices and ensure all improvement activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
