Qualifications

• TQ 1: Expertise in applying budget policies and procedures to analyze complex and variable military programs, coupled with senior-level experience developing practical solutions for an organization’s programmatic and budgetary interests.
• TQ 2: Ability to analyze and provide executive-level guidance on complex resource management issues within the Federal budget process, and communicate these to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• ECQ 1: Commitment to the Rule of Law and the Principles of the American Founding with knowledge of the American system of government.
