Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Share Global Content Strategy Lead for YouTube Business, with location options including Playa Vista or San Bruno, CA. You will lead a global content strategists team and drive AI-enabled content production to scale partner-facing and user-facing materials.

You will own the content strategy roadmap, oversee education programs, and ensure high-quality, timely materials across Shorts, Live, Podcasts, and more, aligning with VP goals and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in content strategy, creator or partner education, product marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience managing people, including distributed or global teams.
• Experience with the YouTube creator ecosystem, monetization (including brand deals), partner management, and Media Cos or the Music Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Content Strategists in YouTube's Scaled Comms & Escalations (SCE) organization.
• Own the content strategy roadmap and quarterly planning intake, prioritizing work tied to the go-to-market levers and securing VP sign-off each quarter.
• Lead the Brand Deals Education program end-to-end, growing content kernels, AI-assisted drafting and approval workflows, and loading content so insights reach creators at scale.
• Own Channel Plans templates, partner data and claims, and the Claims Process, ensuring quality, accuracy and fast turnaround.
• Oversee content creation across Shorts, Live, Podcasts, and Supers; coordinate with Content and Media Operations for a connected external communications pipeline.
