Job summary

Google’s YouTube Technology and Insights team seeks a Manager of Product to architect and execute the AI-driven transformation of YouTube’s business platforms. You will lead end-to-end Go-to-Market across Enterprise Support, Creator and Customer Success, Partnerships, and BI, shaping high-velocity roadmaps with measurable business value.

You will work with AI/ML teams to deploy production-grade Agentic AI, predictive models, and align investments with growth, scale, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of leadership experience in Product Management or Technical Solutions Delivery.
• 3 years leading product teams with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with system design or reading code (Java, C++, Python, SQL).
• Experience working with AI/ML teams to deliver automated solutions in a customer support context.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and advocate the overarching product strategy spanning YouTube’s core business systems.
• Communicate roadmaps and AI investments to executives and cross-functional heads.
• Lead customer and partner discovery to translate pain points into roadmaps and OKRs.
• Partner with engineering on detailed systems design and delivery.
• Move AI initiatives from PoC to production-grade tools automating workflows.
