Job summary

AIM Solder is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to bridge AIM Clients, Technical Departments, Marketing and the PCB assembly industry. The CMS will craft content across training, blogs, web pages, ABM, videos and more, translating complex technical ideas into clear messages.

You will shape messaging, maintain content frameworks, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D and Support to align with campaigns and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of the B2B manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Polished writing skills and ability to craft content for multiple channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under deadlines.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate technical ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Shape messaging frameworks, positioning, and content narratives aligned with commercial goals.
• Create and maintain content for blogs, landing pages, ABM, training guides, videos, and more.
• Turn market insights into compelling content initiatives for sales and clients.
• Ensure messaging consistency across websites, campaigns, and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop buyer personas and content journeys.
• Write articles for industry publications and engage with industry peers.
