Job summary

Nebius Academy is seeking a global B2B content leader to own and execute a unified content strategy for enterprise buyers, collaborating with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing to translate complex AI products into clear, compelling messaging.

You will build and operate an AI-assisted content production system, manage formats from website copy to whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership, and video scripts, and maintain editorial quality across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of experience in B2B content marketing.
• 3+ Years creating content for technical or enterprise audiences with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong portfolio of whitepapers, case studies, website copy and paid content.
• Hands-on experience building AI-assisted content production systems.
• Designing AI content systems with prompt libraries, context engineering, and human review gates.
• Experience across multiple content formats; blogs/SEO alone is not sufficient.
• Native-equivalent written English.
• Ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders in a distributed team.

• Create content across formats, including website and landing page copy, paid advertising, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership, social content, video scripts, and sales enablement materials
• Build and operate an AI-assisted content production system, including prompt libraries, context engineering, source-of-truth repositories, workflows, and human review gates
• Partner with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to turn complex AI products and customer needs into clear enterprise messaging
• Own editorial quality and consistency across B2B content, improving it based on performance data and new AI capabilities

• A strong portfolio of personally written whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and paid acquisition content
• Experience building and running AI-assisted content production in a real production environment, not just using consumer AI tools ad hoc
• Hands-on experience designing AI content systems, including prompt libraries, context engineering, source-of-truth repositories, multi-step/agentic workflows, and human review gates
• Experience across a range of content formats; experience limited mainly to blogs or SEO content is not sufficient
• Native-equivalent written English
• Ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders in a distributed team
