Job summary

Disney’s Direct to Consumer team seeks a part-time Content Planning Coordinator to support day-to-day planning for Disney+ content premieres and promotions in Glendale, CA. You will work with the Content Planning and Scheduling team, ensuring accurate details in planning tools and coordinating with partner teams.

The ideal candidate has meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience in a related field.
• Experience in scheduling, slate planning, or content strategy is preferred.
• Strong Excel, data interpretation skills; Airtable experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain completeness and accuracy of planning data and dates.
• Maintain accurate planning records across lifecycle of titles and assets.
• Communicate shifts and changes with internal partner teams.
• Support ad hoc projects and requests as needed.
