Associations International LLC is seeking a Director of Content & Communications to drive global content strategy for the International Coaching Federation (ICF). You will lead editorial direction, multi-channel marketing, and stakeholder communications while guiding a team of content professionals across audiences and markets.

The role reports to ICF's VP of Marketing, focuses on audience-centered content, and advances visibility, engagement, and retention through SEO, AI-enabled strategies,

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience leading people and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop global, multi-audience content strategies and translate complex information into clear communications.
• Strong knowledge of modern SEO and AI-powered discovery.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a global omnichannel content strategy aligned with brand, audience needs, and priorities.
• Lead editorial planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and content governance.
• Coach and develop a team of content strategists, specialists, and writers.
• Create messaging frameworks for voice, tone, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Partner with subject-matter experts to develop authoritative content on coaching, credentials, research, and offerings.
• Co-lead organic, AI and generative SEO efforts and optimize content architecture and linking.
• Champion responsible use of generative AI with fact-checking, privacy and ethics.
