The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Specialist, Licensed Content Marketing & Services (Project Hire) in Burbank, CA. You will support the acquisition and distribution of video and digital assets across global partners and create/manage Airtable workflows with a strong digital media background.

The role requires collaboration across operations, technology, post-production, sales and legal teams, with heavy emphasis on coordinating asset deliveries, metadata, and secure access to pre-release

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the entertainment industry.
• Project management experience with Airtable.
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management system.
• Knowledge of digital and analog video formats and broadcast standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects).
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and maintain detail.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Coordinate delivery of video assets for all current TV series and films to partners on global release dates.
• Maintain the departmental video content inventory and ensure on-time delivery with required materials.
• Search databases to locate library content for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external content suppliers across networks and studios.
• Maintain and create Airtable project management workflows.
• Perform routine quality control checks on uploaded content.
• Monitor usage of materials and improve processes.
• Troubleshoot access issues to the DAM for users.
• Build strong relationships with marketing, network/studio partners and agencies.
• Handle access to pre-release material securely and perform light editing/transcoding as needed.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
