Job summary

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Content & Acquisitions Assistant to support acquisition, co-production, and licensing efforts for premium programming across scripted, unscripted, and formats for global distribution. You will provide content evaluation and operations support, coordinating with multiple departments and ensuring timely processing of requests.

The role emphasizes strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to grow within the international content

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time work in development, content acquisitions, co-productions, or sales in the TV or Film distribution business.
• Able to organize and establish administrative procedures independently, draft reports, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and generative AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the viability of scripted, unscripted, and format submissions for global distribution.
• Read scripts and evaluate finished tape, and provide high-quality coverage.
• Track international producers, current programming, and global media to surface acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare decks and presentations for global sales teams and upper management.
• Attend producer meetings and team meetings; take notes and follow up as needed.
• Manage schedules for markets and festivals; provide light administrative support to executives.
