FOX Entertainment Global (FEG) is FOX Entertainment's centralized content sales division, providing access to its production pipeline and library for worldwide distribution across platforms. FOX Entertainment is seeking a Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs to lead day-to-day legal operations, mentor staff, and support global distribution, acquisitions, and sales.

This on-site role requires four days per week at our Los Angeles office.

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree and active California bar admission.
• 12+ years transactional legal experience in distribution and sales.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex distribution, licensing, and content deals.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong global media rights management and deal-structuring expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Structure, draft, and negotiate high-value global agreements across territories and media.
• Lead acquisition, output deals, and third-party contracts.
• Draft and negotiate licensing, adaptations, and co-production deals worldwide.
• Collaborate with SVP on strategy and executive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day legal workflows and mentor junior attorneys.
• Advise Sales, Acquisitions, Finance on legal risk and terms.
• Analyze license terms for rights, holdbacks, exclusivity, windows.
• Handle general corporate matters and strategic projects.
