Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review project plans, schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee onsite and offsite construction for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment, track inventory.
• Negotiate terms and obtain permits.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and mitigate risks.
• Prepare internal and external project reports.
• Ensure quality construction standards and techniques.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Project Director/COR.
