Acuity International seeks a Construction Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires an ABET‑accredited degree and seven years of on‑site experience; overseas experience is essential. A PE is a plus, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance is required.
Strong leadership, risk management, and clear communication are essential to deliver high‑quality results.
Location Kathmandu, Nepal Clearance Level Personnel are required to possess a Final Secret, Interim Top Secret, or Final Top Secret clearance. However, all employees must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance and sign a contingency agreement of employment with Acuity.
Primary Function The Construction Manager will plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Construction Manager will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
