Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate for its Global Construction and Infrastructure Disputes team in Washington, D.C. The role involves handling sophisticated litigation and arbitration matters on major infrastructure projects worldwide.

You will develop case strategy, provide client counseling, and engage in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation while maintaining strong client contact. Local bar admission or waiver eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of experience in complex commercial disputes at a large law firm.
• Experience with construction, infrastructure, energy, or engineering disputes preferred.
• Local bar admission or eligibility to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and provide client counseling.
• Engage in written advocacy and manage discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions and develop expert witnesses.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain significant client contact and stand-up opportunities.
