Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in complex commercial disputes at a large law firm.
• Experience with construction, infrastructure, energy, or engineering disputes preferred.
• Local bar admission or eligibility to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and provide client counseling.
• Engage in written advocacy and manage discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions and develop expert witnesses.
