Qualifications

• Four to five years of experience in complex commercial disputes at a large law firm.
• Experience with construction, infrastructure, energy, or engineering disputes preferred.
• Florida Bar admission or eligibility to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Engage in case strategy and client counseling.
• Conduct written advocacy and discovery.
• Participate in depositions and expert development.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
