• Skills: Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Comfortable managing workstreams and contributing to all phases of litigation and arbitration.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and counsel clients.
• Engage in written advocacy and discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions and develop expert witnesses.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
