Job summary

Elfonze Technologies is seeking a seasoned Oracle FCCS and consolidation specialist to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, and drive design, development, and delivery of consolidation projects.

You will lead a team, mentor junior members, and manage internal and external stakeholders while ensuring robust intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and month-end close processes are accurately

Qualifications

• 5+ years Oracle FCCS experience.
• Worked on at least 2 Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation implementations.
• Strong understanding of Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting.
• Knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translations and financial statement presentations.
• Proficient in creating business rules for consolidations, intercompany eliminations and translations.
• Good knowledge of reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio or Narrative Reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into Oracle FCCS-based solutions.
• Plan delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, develop and deliver consolidation solutions.
• Lead a team and mentor junior members during the project tenure.
• Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (internal and external).
• Ensure data conversion, integration, and reconciliation processes are addressed.
• Oversee complete solution design using Oracle FCCS.
