• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA credential.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant consolidation in a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidation accounting, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream and Oracle.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and complex legal entity structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with accounting, finance, and IT teams.
• Experience in a multinational organization with subsidiaries operating on multiple ERP platforms.
• Background that combines accounting expertise with financial systems knowledge.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation process.
• Review consolidated results, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
• Ensure data completeness from ERP systems into Oracle and OneStream.
• Serve as the primary OneStream administrator and reporting lead.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings affecting the consolidation process.
• Coordinate with international finance teams for timely reporting.
• Support SEC reporting and external audits related to consolidations.
• Develop and maintain consolidation controls and procedures.
• Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives related to close, consolidation, and reporting activities.
