Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manager, Global Consolidations to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations for a multinational organization. You will ensure data integrity across ERP platforms like Oracle and OneStream and support global close and reporting with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA
• 7+ years of progressive accounting with significant consolidation experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidation accounting, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream and Oracle preferred.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and complex legal entity structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to partner with accounting, finance, and IT teams.
• Public company experience (preferred).
• Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience in multinational organizations with subsidiaries on multiple ERP platforms.
• Background blending accounting expertise with financial systems knowledge.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation process.
• Review and analyze consolidated financial results, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data flowing from global ERP systems into Oracle and OneStream.
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for OneStream administration, system enhancements, and reporting requirements.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot data, integration, and reporting issues.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, legal entity changes, and other restructurings impacting the consolidation process.
• Coordinate with international finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support SEC reporting and external audit requests related to consolidations.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of consolidation-related controls and procedures.
• Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives related to close, consolidation, and reporting activities.
