Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 9+ years of full-time planning experience considered.
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines and knowledge of Project Management procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, consultative with high attention to detail.
• Able to set priorities, multitask in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 congresses and manage large, complex events across Therapeutic Areas.
• Communicate FSS M&E value proposition and align with guidelines and standards.
• Lead annual planning and budgeting with therapeutic areas; track budgets.
• Act as subject matter expert for CAM training and onboarding.
• Coordinate staffing, housing, venues, and catering for congress activities.
• Oversee microsites/apps and attendee management; travel on-site ~50%.
