Qualifications

• Master’s degree required as part of qualifications.
• 13+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry experience.
• Significant leadership within Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or related fields.
• Experience developing and executing global congress strategies across assets/geographies.
• Strong understanding of integrated scientific communications and congress ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the enterprise-wide congress vision for Medical in collaboration with regional teams.
• Develop global congress tiering and prioritization framework for portfolio decisions.
• Establish congresses as part of asset-level and enterprise ISCPs.
• Create a unified scientific narrative across congresses, assets, geographies, and channels.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for congress performance and insights generation.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, vendor oversight, and financial optimization.
