Responsibilities

• Shape the enterprise congress vision across Medical and Commercial.
• Develop global congress tiering and prioritization framework.
• Establish governance, planning, and operating principles across teams.
• Create scalable playbooks, SOPs, and templates.
• Drive analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
