Qualifications

• 2+ years of conflicts resolution experience in a major law firm or financial institution.
• Exceptional knowledge of Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile potential conflicts.
• Expertise in tracing private equity and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve conflicts of interest for new hires.
• Consult with the Director of Conflict Services for clearance.
• Obtain conflicts clearances and waivers.
• Generate conflict waivers for the firm.
