Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Conference Planner for Production Experience & Marquee Content to support Gartner’s global Destination Conference Portfolio. You will help plan, pre-produce, and execute conferences, coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver keynote sessions and live events.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across teams and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in related field and industry.
• Project and budget management experience.
• Beginning to end understanding of live conference production and creative content creation preferred.
• C-Level communication and project management experience desirable.
• Agency experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support project management for Gartner’s keynote sessions across conference portfolios.
• Assist in live conference/event production planning processes.
• Schedule and participate in pre-production and onsite meetings; act as Production Experience representative.
• Manage production timelines, milestones, show flows and logistics.
• Prepare routine correspondence, briefing documents, and on-site instructions.
• Coordinate pre-event and on-site logistics including rehearsals and AV setups.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors on visual assets production.
• Support onsite delivery assets including staging, graphics, audio, and media.
