Global Compliance Training Program Manager Description - This role is responsible for leading large global training consulting projects and delivering campaigns related to the HP Compliance Learning Portfolio. The role requires collaboration with cross-organizational teams, and shaping the strategy for compliance learning and development priorities impacting all HP business units. The role applies advanced learning and development, and compliance subject knowledge to manage programs from strategy to implementation. The role operates at consultant level directly influencing stakeholders with subject matter expertise and learning thought leadership. The role contributes to the management of operational goals, finances, introducing process improvements, and aligning program priorities with business strategies.
