Latitude seeks an attorney to serve as Compliance & Risk Officer, focusing on export controls and government compliance. This is a permanent, in-house role with remote/work-from-home possibility and full-time status, reporting to the General Counsel and Compliance Officer.

The successful candidate will own ITAR and EAR compliance, DDTC filings, CUI and CMMC readiness, and build a unified compliance program across US and Canada facilities, including ESG initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• 7+ years of experience in international trade, export controls or government contracts within regulated industries.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR, DDTC registrations and change notices is essential.

• Lead ITAR and EAR licensing and registration activities across multiple entities.
• Manage government representations, certifications, SAM registrations, and CAGE codes.
• Develop and drive enterprise-wide compliance programs, policies, and training including CAPA tracking.
