AQR Capital Management—a leading global investment firm headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut—seeks a Compliance Marketing Review professional at Associate level to support global marketing and business development by ensuring regulatory compliance across materials.

The role offers exposure to diverse investment strategies and senior stakeholders, with a focus on providing practical compliance guidance and staying updated on evolving rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years minimum experience reviewing marketing material, preferably with an investment adviser or broker-dealer.
• Series 7 and 24 licenses required.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations under Rule 206(4)-1, SEC Marketing Rule, FINRA Rule 2210, and related guidance.
• Well organized with strong communication, detail-oriented and responsive.
• Ability to provide accurate, direct and practical advice in a timely fashion.
• Proactive time management and ability to manage projects independently.
• Role may require work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of marketing materials, client-facing content, reports, research papers, web content, and social media.
• Assess materials across asset classes for compliance with global regulations and internal policies.
• Apply expertise to review complex presentations, including back-tested performance, for regulatory compliance.
• Provide proactive guidance to business development and investment professionals on compliant advertising and performance reporting.
• Interpret and communicate regulatory rules and developments into actionable guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory developments and risk alerts; monitor rulemaking initiatives.
• Assist in implementing and updating policies and procedures.
• Provide training and informational tools on compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
