Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree required.
• 4–6 years of law practice or ethics/compliance experience.
• Experience with internal investigations and corporate compliance topics.
• Strong written, analytical, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Plays a key role in day-to-day program operations of the global ethics and compliance program, providing coordination and support.
• Maintains an effective compliance communications program and promotes awareness of policies.
• Reviews and updates policies and procedures for the global compliance program.
• Investigates and manages alleged employee misconduct via ethics hotline and other channels.
• Supports quarterly reporting to keep Audit Committee and senior management informed.
• Develops and conducts periodic training sessions on relevant topics.
• Assists with execution of Celanese programs to ensure compliance with anti-bribery/anti-corruption regulations.
• Manages, oversees, and assists with litigation, including working with outside counsel and in-house teams.
• Strategies on resolution of difficult legal compliance issues.
